How can I track my order?
To track your order, please send us an order details or receipt. We'll then provide you with tracking details.

Where can you ship to?

We offer international shipments, all at a standard rate fee.

Can my items be exchanged?

Yes, please return your order to us and inform us on what you'd like to exchange for.

How long will delivery take?

International purchases require 10-14 company days. The time frame is established by how fast our country's custom processes incoming parcels. This will be beyond our control, but it takes around the stated timeframe for delivery.

Can Deepluxe ship by Express?

Yes, but please contact us beforehand to arrange this. We'll send you a URL hyperlink together with the mandatory fees - the transport charges depend on your order's total weight and location.

What Payment Methods can you take?

We accept all leading credit card and bank card payments. 

What's the Return Policy?
